Provision of technical support services for Satellite internet offered through Starlink Satellite Internet equipment previously installed at the Customer location.  Other services may include cloud-based applications, cybersecurity etc.  Transportation fees for onsite services are extra and vary according to your location.

Incident Response vs Ongoing Services

Incident response allows you to contact us via text, email or phone for support services if you have an incident.

Ongoing services mean that you may contact us for support and we provide services such monitoring, updates and take other actions to prevent issues or maintain your systems.

 

1. Services - more details on Internet Connection

The Provider agrees to provide technical professional and support services for the Satellite internet connection of the Customer. The services shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Diagnosing and resolving Satellite internet connection issues
  • Providing phone support for the Customer’s internet connection
  • Providing guidance on improving internet connection speed and reliability
  • Providing remote technical support for the Customer’s Satellite internet connection


2. Support Calls
The Provider shall provide technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer up to a maximum of two (2) support calls per month. If the Customer requires additional support calls, the Provider may charge an additional fee at its standard hourly rate. The Provider shall keep a record of the number of support calls made by the Customer each month and provide this information to the Customer upon request.

3. Fees
Where applicable, the Customer agrees to pay the Provider a monthly fee for the technical support services for the Satellite Internet connection of the Customer. The fee shall be per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Transportation fees are charged for support calls that require on-site presence.
